Is my card charged as soon as I order?
Yes. Your payment is processed when you place the order. It may first appear as a pending authorization on your statement before it settles.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Every item is made after you order, so each piece is produced fresh for you.
What if I typed the wrong address?
Email us right away with your order number. We can update the address until your order ships. After it ships we can’t redirect the parcel, so please double-check your address at checkout.
What if my item arrives faulty?
Send us a photo of the item with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We’ll ship a free replacement or refund you – no need to send the item back.
How long does delivery take?
Items are made to order and usually leave our workshop in 3–5 business days. Standard delivery then takes 8–12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email.
