Every item is made to order, so delivery time is production time plus shipping time.
Production
Most orders are made and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment. During busy holiday weeks this can take a little longer.
Delivery times and rates
Standard delivery takes 8–12 business days after dispatch. The shipping options and their cost for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs and taxes
Import duties or taxes for international orders, where they apply, are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order any time on the order tracking page.
Wrong address
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake. We can update the address until the order ships, but not afterwards.
Lost parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but you can’t find it, email support@stylesportsus.com and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier and reship or refund your order.
